Antique Trader December 12, 2001 New software aids collection cataloging Collectify recently released new software that can help collectors who want to catalog their collection.
MyStuff, which is Windows-based, allows collectors to develop highly-detailed information about what they collect. It also allows them to track and record market prices and share information about their pieces with fellow collectors.
"MyStuff benefits all collectors, whether they are into Longaberger baskets, Samuel Pepys diaries, vintage Bordeaux wines or whether they just get bitten by the collecting bug from time to time," said Franklin Silverstone, founder and president of Collectify. "It enhances their collections, their knowledge about the things they love and their passion for the objects that enrich their lives."
MyStuff combines elements of spreadsheets, templated cataloging guidelines, browsers and slide shows.
