April 2002 Cataloging Software Collectors and artists alike can benefit from MyStuff from Collectify, a program that helps users to create art records that follow international cataloging standards. In addition to recording the creator, medium, and dimensions of an artwork, entries can be personalized with anecdotal information and attachments, such as photographs, drawings, or articles and clippings. The program can also be used to track art pieces on loan or consignment and, for accounting purposes, relevant insurance policies, shipping costs, and payment histories.
